Hoping for advice please

Hi I’m hoping for a bit of advice, I’m looking to buy an R26 next week when I’m back off holiday and I’ve got a few questions if people could help me with
1, are these good engines as the ones I’ve seen are all between 80k an 90k
2, how often does the timing belt need doing on these cars
3, what’s the max bhp and torque for these on standard internals
4, what are the common known faults that these cars suffer with and what should I look out for when viewing
