The Mégane II Owners' Club

Hi, My Renaultsport Megane finally let me down after 5 years of ownership! Apparently, a coil has given up the ghost and brought the ECU down with it. Both need to be replaced. However (and please excuse my mechanical/electronic ignorance) the car was re-mapped shortly after I bought it - is there anything I should look out for when having the ECU replaced? Will there be any problems I should know about please?
