i recently disconnected the battery to fit a power cable for an amplifier, once reconnected i had a esp issue which was resolved by resetting,
later on when i wound down the window the issue began instead of winding all the way down like it always has it drops an inch, so have to keep pressing it to get it down, ;-( had anyone else encountered this problem ?? solution would be v grateful

Re: windows
It's in the manual, not a fault at all.
Lift the window in small increments, then hold the switch up for a few seconds. It's the calibration procedure of the anti-pinch function, which needs to be done every time after disconnecting the battery. You may also want to initialise the steering: left-right a quarter of a turn, then straight ahead; this is directly after reconnecting the battery and starting the engine.
The manuals are at the top of Problems section, in the sticky thread.
