Did your car come with slotted Brembo on front? Are you replacing all discs around?

I'm enjoying the slotted discs on my 250 cup. The problem is that you cant find such conditions on a public road where one could use their potential to at least 25%... Track days, mountains, autobahns are a different story.

For public roads in the UK, plain discs and GreenStuff pads are probably the best.

As your car is 5 y.o., one may consider replacing the brake hoses. SS braided Teflon give a remarkably improved feel, but the stopping distance remains the same. The brake fluid must be changed, of course. Use DOT4 Class 6 or DOT5.1, unless you do track days, in which case look at Motul range.
