Gear knob insert

Hi guys,

I am from Romania(DACIA DUSTER country ) and I recently bought an Megane 225 and i'm very impressed with this car. I just love it !
As a new owner, I try to fill the visual gaps (repaint the rims, take out the dents...). I noticed that my gear knob insert is a plastic one and the gear indications are bearely visible, so i'm struggling to find a replacement leather + aluminium gear knob but i can't find anywhere one. At Renault they are charging me for 80euros for a brand new one - this just doesn't justifies.

So my question is to all of you, where can i find another gear knob, or just the aluminium insert but at a reasonable price ?
I searched ebay, there was one guy in France, but he wants 25 euros just for the insert and he doesn't delivers outside France.

Any help would be much apreciated.

I think i found the one you told me AlexB. I know that one. Looks ugly as hell unfortunately.
I got a promise from someone that he will craft me one from zero at a programmable robot. Hope he keeps his word.
Until then, i am open to any sugestions.

I have one for my 225, the one in the link is for the standard megane, but drop him a message as he lists the ones for the 225 all the time
