dump valve

Postby chrisp45 » Wed Jan 23, 2013 9:42 pm

After looking at picture of dump valve fiiting i have realised my car has one fitted. it is a forge one but has been fitted cutting the stardard pipe and fitting a t peace in. the standard rec dump valve is still on the turbo and all piping is piped in correctly.
the dump valve makes no noise what so ever, the car drives fine goes well and turbo works as it should. which brings me to my question.

Do dump valves sieze up?

is there a little bit of a noise? if the standard rcirc valve still wired up, the dump valve is really queit, thats why they put blanking plates on!
