buying advice. what are common problems?

hi guys new to this site after many years of Honda ownership I thought would try out a 225..
its on a 54 plate/2005 has full service history
toally standard car apart from Forge dump valve.

Can anybody guide me as to what I need to look out for as common faults on these cars? i dont really know much about them at all..

oh it has 70k on the clock... are they chain or belt driven?
