How do i remove my airbox?

Postby DLH_225 » Wed Apr 14, 2010 3:51 pm

Hi there guys! Recently bought a Pipercross viper for my 225 and just wondered if anyone had any advice or pics on how to remove the airbox??

Also, will i lose power fitting the induction kit? And will i get a woosh sound from the standard recirculating valve once its fitted?

Any help would be appreciated! cheers :-P

Believe it or not, ive just had a k&n removed by renault as one was fitted when i bought my 225 three weeks ago from a renault dealer. I wanted my 225 standard. It took them hour and a half to fit a new standard air box and they had to remove the ecu and battery so im assuming you may have to do the same to fit an induction kit. The noise was sweet from the turbo, quite A loud woosh noise. Personaly find it a touch better without the k&n on performance.
