Tyre Pressures for 225

Please HELP :banghead
I'm trying to find out the correct tyre pressures for my 225 I have 225/40/r18 fitted and this tyre size is not listed in the owners manual. So if anyone could help I would really appreciate it :-)

I put 33-34 in the front, and 30-31 in the back. If I put in less than this, the pressure sensors kick off all the time :roll:
