Hi Guys,
So I bought a 225 last month and decided to venture into the boot to see if the spare tyre was a space-saver..
I opened the boot and looked under the carpet.. Bang bang no cigar!!
The cheeky bas****s decided to remove the spare before selling it to me along with the jack and other tyre related accessories..
I've just put 4 new tyres on it and decided to keep 2 of the serviceable ones..
so my question is would my 225/40/R18 tyre fit in the boot well if I buy a spare rim to put it on.
Any ideas where I could pick up a suitable rim to fit as a backup?
Thanks in advance!

Just measure the well to be sure. In r.s.250 a standard 235/35R19 fits in the well.

250 cup comes without a spare - I had to buy one. I was lucky to find one new wheel with a tiny mark at £200 on eBay together with a new tyre. It fits in the boot well upside-down only.
