Megane Estate 1.9D 2001

Hi .. I've had a Renault 5, and two Clio's - the last one (1.9 diesel) has now amazingly done 430,000 kilometres and is waving a white flag ...

So I'm looking at a megane estate (we have two boxer dogs so would be great for them) ... but would like opinions / views if possible ?

The one I'm looking at is the 1.9 diesel (manuel) 2001 model and has genuine 100,000 kilometres on the clock (main dealer service history).

But I'm in the dark re reliability / good and bad points of it ... any help really appreciated ! Thanks.

It's pretty ancient and uncool with kids, which often means good value for money...
