Renault megane 1.9

Hi guys just after some advice please I am going to look at at 53 megane 1.9 diesel but it has 122000 on the clock I know is this is high mileage or will it be good for another 2 or 3 years should I just avoid altogether?

Unless it has impeccible documented history I'd avoid.
