Timing belt and water pump

Hi all,

Im looking at buying a 2006 Megane cabrio la creme with 65,000 miles on the clock.

Just wondering when is the timing belt and water pump due for replacing??????

Service book says 72k or 5 years, so soon.

Petrol engines are the same interval.
