cold start 1.5 dci

Hi, i'm looking at a 1.5 dci on a '57 plate 36000 on the clock. The AA have been out to it today to do a vehicle inspection. They flagged up that on the cold start it turns over for 3-4 seconds before starting. Is this pointing towards any future problems?
