Adapters would look like this when fitted.

By the way, not my car ;)

No, it's an adapter to go from the standard 4x100 to 5X108 ;-)

You see on the picture it's already bolted on with the 4 holes.

Here's another pic

Now you can mount any rim with 5X108 holes, like these RS rims for example 8-)

Don't know where you can buy them as like I said it's not my car.
Try the local tire and rime specialist stores

Porsche uses a 5X130 bolt alignment by the way so you would need an adapter from 4X100 to 5X130.

But please note that Porsche uses rims with a cetre hole diameter of 71.5 mm, where Renault uses 60.5 mm.

Also the ET values are really different, with Porsche typically very high values like 65.
The standard ET value for the Megane is 43.

So, don't think it a good idea to go for Porsche rims if it's possible at all.
Perhaps better to go for the 18" RS rims, I think they look smashing.

I for one think that the Porsche wheels would be great for such a conversion. First of all the Porsche PCD is 130mm which makes for "easier" pitch circle diameter (PCD) adapters. Secondly, such PCD adapters are 25mm thick minimum, so if the Porsche wheel offset really is 65mm then you'd be bang on in the Megane offset territory (65mm - 25mm = 40mm).

H&R do such Renault-to-Porsche i.e 4x100/60.1-to-5x130/71.6 adapters in five different thicknesses: 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 millimeters.

If I were to do such a conversion I'd probably choose slightly thicker adapters than the minimum 25mm, provided the Porsche offset really is 65 mm. And I'd go for slightly thicker (5-10mm) adapters for the rear for cosmetic reasons as the rear wheel of the Megane originally sits a bit deeper in the arch compared to the front. If you were happy with a tyre not wider than 225mm then safe offsets would be 35mm front, 30mm rear. That is guaranteed no rubbing even on a lowered car with fully compressed springs.

Last summer I had a combination of 225/35R19 and my offsets were 35mm front, 23mm rear. I had the rears scrape on a couple of occasions (=a very bumpy road and too much speed and/or 3-4 passengers) during the summer, but only very slightly. Just a few millimeters more offset and there wouldn't have been any rubbing, therefore I can say that a 30mm offset is a safe bet for the rear with a 225mm tyre. I think the Mégane can be made to look quite chunky given the offsets are chosen wisely(?): :devil
