IMHO the wheel are now too big comparing to the body.
Add some sideskirts and so on to change the difference.

P.S. But the alloys are great!

I think that the wheels are not too big, they are exactly the way I pictured they'll be.For me it's never too big !!! IMHO

Did those alloys effect your insurance rate?

I was considering to buy some chrome rims but my insurance company wanted extra for that.

I had to change insurance company to enable me to put different alloys on. The wheels I put on (Momo Corse Black 17") were actually cheaper that the Renault alloys fiited as standard (Nervastella 16"). If your insurance company don't know that you've got non standard wheels fitted, you'll get screwed if you ever need to claim, undisclosed information will void your policy.

Don't like the wheels, 18" is too big and you lose performance, also looks weird since the brake disc are small on the rear. That's my opinion and I have different tastes, so nothing personal.

No problem mate, for me,the bigger, the better, and just one thing, I've lost just a little bit on the performances, considering their dimensions !!

The front could do with an extra 15-20 mm lowering, now it seems a bit high compared to the rear. The sill-to-ground clearance itself is OK, it's just the bigger gap at the front between the top of the arch and the tyre that always slightly bugs me when a Megane II is lowered equal amounts both at front and rear.

Other than that, I think it's spot on perfect the way it is now! Don't change a thing.

I know that the back is at least 2 cm lower than the front, what can I do :-( When you put on only the springs it's very usual that the car will not be equally lowered. The only solution will be to cut them manually, but it will never happen !!!
