Improved roadgrip
I´m searching for ways to get a bit better handling.
Is there a Antirollbar that fits the standard Mégane, like from the sport or something ?
Maybe a strutbar ?
Open for suggestions but im not spending alot of money on buying a chassikit with coilovers and so on.

I haven't seen a strutbrace for the Mégane II, but Reichhard Motorsport in Germany sell an uprated front antiroll bar, said to be ~30% stiffer than the standard Mégane item.
There's only a drawing taken from Dialogys showing the part, so I'm guessing it must be a genuine Renault Sport item? Might be the one originally fitted to RS Trophys as they list it for all Méganes incl. RS Turbo, except RS Turbos with the Sport (=Trophy?) chassis option.
Can be found at www.reichhard-motorsport.com, follow the path "Kategorien->Renault->Tuning-Shop->Megane 2->Fahrwerk->Querstabilisator". The cost is €225 + P&P.

That´s simply the antirollbar of the Megane Scénic (+2mm), I have it in my Megane. But without making your rear hand stiffer you will get more understeer....
best regards

I have seen a rear antirollbar in Dialogys but cant sort out on witch model it fits.
Edit: Now i know ! it´s from the Mégane Sport DCI.
Does anybody know if this will fit a standard megane ?
It's the same material, but thinner to improve initial turn-in and reduce understeer. Also the front coils and dampers in the Cup chassis are different from the standard RS to compensate for the thinner anti-roll bar. The suspension's a complex package where everything has an effect on everything.
Like Oliver already mentioned: If your front gets stiffer compared to the rear, you get understeer. Stiffen up the rear more than the front, and you get oversteer.

I got now the part-numbers for the RS DCi rear anti-roll bar:
anti roll bar: 82 00 545 225
middle rubber mount: 77 01 063 891
middle bracket: 77 01 063 888
nut: 77 03 034 262
screw (2x): 77 01 063 894
But I have no prices...
And I don´t know if it will simple fit to the smaller models...but would be a good combination with the thicker Scenic front anti-rollbar, even I have already stiffer rear springs...
best regards

O.K. boy, I have these progressive springs only at rear in mine (front is still OEM):

They don´t lower (I think they lift abaout 10mm) but they are harder...so do you really think sport dampers are a good choice? I have a nearly new pair of dampers of a ScenicII, I will try them by time.
best regards
