megane 1.9 DCI power upgrades

Hi i have a 1.9 (130 bhp) megane 06 plate. The only power upgrades i have been able to find are from k tec, a power box upgrade and a air filter. Does anyone know of any more or am i fighting a losing battle?Cheers

To be honest i think you have named all the worth while mods.
There are other things such as bigger intercooler, dump valve etc. but will not provide very good returns for the cost.

Alright mate, check the other thread out calling tuning in Mods.

Dump valves will give you no gains, just for the noise, so an uneeded expensive really,

Intercoolers, wont give any gains unless your doing some serious mods (i think, just from what ive herd) as the diesels dont depend on the cool air asmuch as the petrols do.

Air filter, exhaust and a remap from RS tunning would probs be your best bet. rather than a tunning box.

You can always have engine head polished, bigger turbo and extreme software - I've heard about 220HP from 1,9 diesel.
The problem is the money.

Im after serious power out of the megane, do you know of anywhere who does bigger turbo's for a 1.9dci??? already spoken to RS tuning can take power up from 130 to 150 im after a bit more than that (if possible)

My turbo knacked the other week and i rang round loads of places i found on the net, and a few of them said if i found out which turbo it was, they could find a bigger one for us, you'd be looking at the £600+ mark like standard ones go for that in places like aswell, so just have a search for turbo places on google, thats what i did.
