Rear Renault Badge Removal

Alright,

im after smoothing the boot when i come to get all my bumpers painted, just wondering if theres anything under it that will need moving, ie boot popper sensor?? or is it just a recessed badge bolted to the rear??

R55VYS, There is a button underneath the rear badge on mine. Dunno whether you got one under yours?

In my case (5dr ´03) it's just a recessed badge, not bolted but fixed with four plastic tags. There's one bigger hole ~15 mm in the centre of the recess (for a switch on some versions?) and four smaller holes rectangularly around it for the logo fixing tags.

I'll post a pic of the backside of the recess when I'm at the other computer where the pic is...
