Megane Headlights and Tail lights

Hopefully someone on here will be able to answer the question that i have put to a couple of companies so far.
i am looking to install black coloured front and rear lights, such as the examples below:

i have spoken to the manufacturers of these light and they state thes only fit Meganes upto 2006. mine being a 2007 model, does anyone know if they will fit?
