O.K., now I see and I understand. You are not speaking of the throttle of ClioII 1.6 (because you wrote "this is a modernized motor from clio 2 1.6"), you speak of the throttle of MéganeII 1.6, or ClioIII 1.6. That´s clear, they are not compatible and you need the ECU from MéganeII. But I still do not know, why you installed the throttle of Megane 1.6 as it is smaller (58mm vs. 56mm, see the catalogue https://www.vdo.de/media/183774/flc_engi ... ors_de.pdf page 36 and page 41). There is maybe a mountig issue, but with your skills in machining adapters that shouldn´t be a big deal, to use the 1.4 throttle.

So to finally clarify, do you have now the old 1.6 16v without inlet cam phaser (ClioII / MéganeI) in you Mégane, or the new one with inlet cam phaser (MéganeII, Clio III)??

Yes that´s correct, Twingo RS TB works fine with MeganeII 1.6 firmware.

Here is a small overview:

if i use 408-238-425-005Z from BMW (64mm diameter) in 1.6 K4M with Twingo RS Manifold and custom air intake tubing it will give me power improve? Or better will be 408-238-422-003Z from BMW (60mm diameter) or 8200110994 from Renault Twingo?

No, in a 1.6l engine I would not use the 64mm throttle, even if it is the real Twingo RS engine. The 64mm throtle in my opinion is only a option for Clio II RS Ph2+3 and for Clio III RS.

If you put the Twingo RS manifold with the 60mm throttle on a normal 1.6l engine of the Mégane II you already increase the throttle area from 24,63cm² to 28,27cm² what means a plus of 15%. By the way the 60mm throttle 8200110994 is also installed in the Clio III RS (it´s installed in all Renault Sport natural aspirated egines with electric throttle) and so enough for 200hp.
