navigation dvd for renault megane 2?

Hi! My car is a renault megane 2 1.6 sport year 2005, it does not have navigation or dvd function, so I'm searching for a new navigation/dvd for my car and so far I have found this which look to be suitable: https://www.dvdgpsnav.com/7-car-dvd-gps- ... ystem.html Has anyone tried anything like this? is it easy to install it? Any suggestions would be appreciated, many thanks.
