I've had this car for a little over a year it's a 2005 megane ii 1.9. It's being very slow as if the turbo isn't kicking in. Especially uphill

It had the egr replaced about 6 months ago
I've had the turbo checked out and that's fine
Then had the egr and throttle body cleaned recently
Replaced 2 injectors that were being sluggish
Has new glow plugs
New Mass airflow sensor
New boost pressure solenoid
Recently been serviced

I'm currently pulling my hair out as I or the mechanics can't get to the bottom of this problem

It used to drive perfectly and very nippy

Then it started being slow in the morning at cold start then once the engine was normal temperature. I had to get the car to 3000 revs to get it going so I took it to a local garage he did all of the bits and bobs that I mentioned above and the car was pulling okay but but didn't have the power to go above 40mph especially up a hill it only does 30mph

I need help

And i have a ph2 bumper in my garage i no longer need. It had 2 cracks which i have started to repair, it just needs the bumper repair kit applying the filling and smoothing for painting. The part on the bottom for holding the sitter has 40% missing but my plan was to cut and smooth them off. £50 if you want it

Not got a full on front pic but this is with the back fully lowered to give me a chance of gettin on my drive, lowering the back lifted the front bumper a bit, now with the splitter on i might have to reverse up the driveway!!
