head lights

ok so ive done a little search but find no results...

since buying my megane i wanted projector headlights but didnt really want to facelift it, mainly due to cost etc,
today i was just generally browsing the net, as you do, and on youtube i found the top gear video for the megane crash test...

you can clearly see the car is an 03 plate and a pre face model but at 1:10 and 3:19 in the video you can clearly see a difference, namely, the projector head lights
my question is, why havent i seen this before and where can i get some...

any thoughts?

The car in the TopGear show is fitted with OE xenon headlights. The only way to get the projector headlight on a ph.1, unless you buy aftermarket headlights.
