I did and I noticed a bit of lag and not enough grunt! So I took the back box out and got a custom one suitable for diesels but still kept the original 225 tailpipes
and only cost me £180. Sound and performance improved alot!

Can I buy full exhaust system and just adjust back box? Will it work or performance/sound won't be that good?

Cheers!

I've just got the back box fitted for now, but might get the middle done too.... I've got the whole system up to he cat, but the flnge is different on the 1.5 and 1.4 I think the rest of the are the same (1.6, 1.9, 2.0) so you can fit the whoe system - and I've not noticed any lag tbh.

For the lights I've used:

[*]H7C HID kit for the low beam,
[*]20smd LED's for the side lights (W5W / 501 type bulbs)
[*]Will be fitting LED bulbs to the front fogs (H11) but I've heard they are a tight fit. The main beam was also going to be fited with LED's but the bulbs didnt fit

If you buy a 225 original whole system its not worth it as the center pipe ends dont match, quite a bit of variation in size.
You wont notice the lag, but you will fill the difference when tune appropriate to the car.

Your going to pay around £200-300 on ebay for a whole system, you can get one made up custom for £260.
If your near north london, best company around is Torque Exhausts

Hehe :)

I'll see what I can get here (currently 2 225 stock exhaust on sale), but if they'll be too expensive I might contact Torque Exhausts and see what can be done :)

Thanks for all the informations :D
Much appreciated!
