Possible to fit Climate Control

With regards to Climate Control, I have aircon and wondered what would need to be changed to included climate control (the control box and the center facial are obvious) but wondered if anything else? If it can even be done?
(oh and a side thought can anyone recommend good tyres at a cheap cost (not budget quality but cheap as possible))

it's been covered before. Answer is Yes but only if you want to spend more than a few grand on it. its cheaper to get a megane with it as the factory option.
