Spraying my Nervasports - Colour help

Morning,

I've decided my alloys are too scruffy and have started to lose their lacquer; so its time for a respray.
I'm going to do the work myself with the tyres on, yes i know before you all moan, i've decided its cheaper so dont complain.

So before i get them off and rub them smooth and fill them in, i need to decide on the colour.

I'm thinking gunmetal, but i'm not sure how good dark alloys look on a black car, especially the megane.

So i need help, Gunmetal, Anthracite, Hypersilver or some others you feel would help.

Cheers.

he took his time (always important) and they turned out as a pro paint shop would IMO!

Yeah i'll be rattle canning it, i have a compressor but not had chance to play with it and get it working properly, so will stick to the cans until i've practised.
I'd go FK for the coilovers btw :-) just my opinion.

Cheers for your help, will be finding the paint over the weekend and will get some pics up.

Yeah mate if you could that would be great

Was thinking of getting done by The Wheel Specialist by Euro Car Parts opposite Tesco in edmonton, A406.
But they were asking for too much, more than the wheels are worth.

If you let me know that'll be smashing cheers.

The trouble with DIY respray is that the paint will not last. With this in mind it's easier to keep the colour and only repair the scuffs. It's quite simple and cheap: filler, sand paper, silver paint, then clear lacquer. The wheels are for driving - they are bound to receive damage!
