Joeishmathers Megane

Ok, so after having the car just over a year now i have done a fair bit to it.

Below are pictures and abit of explanation as to what Ive done from when i got the car until now, alot of it was with the help of other members on here, so thanks to them :-)

Let me know what you think..

So there she is as original...

Image

After a day or 2 i decided to tint the rear half, limo black
Soon after that i added the 225/f1 team decals
and shortly after that the diffuser..

I acquired a 225 bumper just £120 came with all grills and fog lights!
I put led's in the fog light holders, they are now drl's..

I also wrapped the wing mirrors in a carbon fiber effect vinyl

after this i was trying not to do anymore, some wheels came up on ebay tho, brand new momo course 18" at a too good to be true price!lol
(these are still awaiting fitting)

Image

I then bought a new exhaust, Image
I don't really like the 225 rear bumper so i have stuck with the original, i am however thinking about taking of the bumper 'bump' parts and smoothing that off..
anyway, to fit the exhaust the diffuser had to come off, it will be going back on but heres how she looks now :-)
From the rear...

Hi there.

The exhaust. Did you make the cuttings into the bumper yourself. I was thinkin about having a twin exit done, but slightly smaller than that..

If you did it yourself how did you do it?

Thanks

cut it with a dremmil, its not very neat at the moment, id recommend making some templates n using those to cut to.

Lol, the exhaust is larger than i had expected, 102mm dia each pipe!lol

Rear diffuser was from eBay, it's a genuine Renault part tho so can be bought from them, I still have it but it's in a number of pieces...lol

Was custom made laser cut, I'm thinking of getting rid of that exhaust, and bumper and changing it for the original 225 ones, just waiting for one to come up for the right price and in the right colour...

Looking nice fella, personally would change the exhaust tips to something a little more subtle, and get her lowered...........

Other than that shes a beaut !!!!!

After looking around for speaker pods and finding the cost of having them made I have desided to have ago myself, I've not got much done yet, but here are some photos of the progress so far...
