Clio 172/182 GT Steering Wheel On Megane?

hi does anyone know if its a straight swap or its impossible. i like the look of the clio steering wheel with the renaultsport trim.

Do not honestly know on fitting of a clio wheel but i have a megane GT leather wheel for sale
