spraying outer trim help!!!!

hi
i wat to spray my bumper and side trim but i want it to be a smooth texture how can i get it smooth????

Hi , you can use wet and dry on it mate, start with something in the region of 800 grit and then finish of with 1200 grit. This should take out any surface imperfections and give you a surface ready for priming

Key them all up, Prime with at least a couple of good coats, once the primer has gone off you then wet and dry the primer leaving a smoth surface ready for painting. This is correct as I have just finished myn today at our garage. Pics will be up over the next few days..

Looks good My car is all done now and it looks the bollocks

I have the same kit, My kit, door and bumber mouldings are a different colour to the car and it works a treat.

Doing mine next week end. I will post a step by step guide. Although im using an air gun rather than aerisol.
