Electronic Climate Control Mod??

Does anyone know if its possible to change the standard air conditioning / heater controls for the digital climate control etc type that you get as a big cost upgrade. Im talking about if it can be done and how in a 2006 3 door Megane II Dynamique.

I imagine the cheapest way would be to get the dash part and any cables associated with it from a breakers but whats involved in doing it :conf

search the forum. theres a reason why its a big cost upgrade. it'd cost you a lot more to retrofit.
