"Nige's" Project Megane 225 Rep (March '10 Update)

Hey Folks i registered my interest in this forum and began learning allot about the Meganes.

So as a proud owner of the Megane II i fell to love it, so much now i have almost completed my 225 Replica with almost a complete overhaul on all mechanical, interior, electronic and exterior changes. So i thought i may now show all the photos of the car from when i got it, to now....almost finished.

The Modifications List, Car Details

1.4 16v Megane 100 2003
Full Renaultsport 225 Body Kit (including Fog Lights installed)
45mm Lowering
18" Kei Alloys Wheels
Fully Colourcoded
Dynamic Dials
Dynamic Interior
Dynamic Door Handles (Interior And Exterior)
Rear Megane Phase 2 Tail Lamp Conversion (Loom Created By Myself)
Alpine IPOD Ready CD Deck and full internal speakers repaced (Pioneer 6x9's and components)
Pioneer Competition Sub Woofer (700RMS) and 800W American Legacy Amp With Boot Build
Pipercross Induction kit (Made By Myself for the 1.4)

All work was done by myself bar the painting...

Renault Megane R26R Roof Spoiler (Ktec Racing)
Possibility On the plans of some R26R Graphics for along the bottom of the doors.....(To be decided)

You just need the exhaust now

Cheers folks!

Aye MIltek Exhaust from cat back re-slieved to fit the 1.4 exhaust bore will go on shortly.... have to work out back pressure issues and so forth so im not loosing power. Would like to try get as much of the full system on as i can.

take lots of pics when installing the miltek..
might be useful.. ( for me ) :-P

Damage of the Miltek is in and around £375 cat back. Ebay seems to have a consistent seller with good feedback. :grin

Why dont you just get the miltek back box and get an exhaust place to make you the cat back section?

I didnt think that Miltek supplied the parts like that, but thats definatly a great idea!

I have actually managed to get myself a 225 original back box with delivery miles bought by a 230 owner, he upgraded to a mongoose system and luckily it was buy it now on ebay for £150....im well happy so its saved me some money and wont have a large drone off my small 1.4 engine.

Il keep you all updated on the fitting!

The car has gone through alot of work over the last few months! Have not updated much but il get photos up ASAP of how the car stands me now! :) Its coming on excellent and recently detailed it...so the paint is excellent if not better than new! :wink:

Just an update now guys....

Here ya's go after....Quite a lot of work later, little remains the same.
