Are we talking about the difference between 17" and 18" alloys? A total difference in height of 12.7mm?

i was trying to find out the gap that is left in the arches when you fit 18 and its not lowered

Davelowe, is that the difference in alloys without tyres, with the correct profile tyres they'll be roughly the same won't they?

Each to their own I guess, looks fine imo, with the splitter on it catches on ramps/ speedbumps as it is, don't want it happening even more!
