Currently Drives:: 57 megane with roof, engine, wheels, doors... All the usual things.

hi,

could someone please tell me where i can find a 12v feed thats switched on with the car under the bonnet, im wanting to attach some running lights and would use this to feed them.

can anyone point me in the direction of a wiring diagram or something? :conf

im basically wanting the same as the feed to the cigarette lighter in the car but under the bonnet.

hey man, i have no idea about where as i have no experience with a megane (yet) but can you not run the live from the battery then just have a switch inside the car aswell?

I gave up and ran a wire from the cigarette lighter to under the bonnet!lol i didn't want to have to go through into the car from the engine bay but its done now!lol

I'd been thinking about that question for a day or two. Couldn't arrive at anything. Glad you have it sorted. You'd think it would be easy to find something to scotch lock onto!

How about using reverse light switch on the gearbox ?

Why not just rub a feed from the light stock on/off lead to a relay supplied by the battery?
