Warrenty and mods

hi,

would changing my front standard bumper for a r26/230 one void my warranty?
have had it painted and just waiting to fit it, but both rear wheel bearings have gone and its not getting them sorted untill the 6th n really wanted to fit the bumper by then.

the work will be done under warrenty and would have been when it went to renault today, but they didnt have the parts in stock

any advice appreciated!

If your handing it to a renault spanner monkey to do the work i doubt they would even realise.

Just suggest it was an optional extra at the time of purchase.

also how long should it take for someone to prep up and spray a front bumper???

If your front wings dropped off randomly one day they may blame your bumper, rather than the fact its a Renault. If your engine exploded they would have a hard time linking it to your front bumper. I would say your safe.
