Lowered?

Hi,
I've been having a debate with myself for a while now,
My meg appears to be lower than others, it was like this when i brought it,
is there a way to check/see if it has been lowered?
Some kind of measurment?
Sorry if this is a stupid question, but its bugging me now

Factory springs are black and possible grey? not sure on the grey, defos black, lowering springs are usually coloured, red yellow etc, easiest way to check, now bear in mind they may be pitted so you may need to wipe them slightly to tell, if not you could have a bust damper, coil or something else.

Dynamics are very slightly lower than the lower spec models also, i think, someone feel free to correct me on that one.

Thers nothing bust and the springs are black

Mine's a dynamique and when I bought it, it sat like a monster truck. Just like every other standard megane. Never thought mine was any lower than others I seen.

As said, the standard springs are black I think. (Mine were anyway) Are yours are red, yellow, blue etc?

Did you buy it privately or from a dealer? If from a private seller it could well have been lowered.

I just assumed that they were as when i spoke to renault about the factory springs the dynamic's were different to the lower spec models, not sure if that just means they were stiffer or lower or anything at all, i just know that when i had a zetec focus, it was lower than standard focus's and thought that renaults higher model would be the same. i could not say 100% hand on heart that that is correct.

No they are deffo factory, black.
and nothing is bust...ummmm <puzzled>
I brought it from a dealer (not reno)
Its definatly lower though, i parked it next to another meg at Asda and compared.
Is there some way of measuring something?
