Re: Induction Kit
No it isn´t. The 1.4l engine in the MeganeII is different to the 1.6l engine. There are differences in intakemanifold design, throttle position and also air-filter housing.
best regards

Re: Induction Kit
Design your own. Im going to do it for my megane CC 1.6 when the weather gets warmer
But ive already done it to my Nissan Navara 2.5 DCI.
Parts that ive used for the NAVARA (but it will be simlar for the megane i recon, just measure the diameter of inlet pipe)
1. Alloy Straight Polished air filter Pipe (300mm x 76mm) from ebay approx £11
2. Universal sliver cotton gause cone filter from ebay for £5
so for £15 i had this

But with the Nav having a big turbo and the inlet practically straight onto the turbo it was WAY TO LOUD!!!
so i went scouting on ebay again and found a universal closed/forced carbon induction filter (simlair to the BMC unit or the piperX viper) for £35 and bolted that onto the end of the alloy pipe, its a lot quieter, but with a nice growl, and it dumps to lol!! ID PROB GO FOR THIS SET UP ON THE MEGANE AS THE STANDARD AIR BOX IS AT THE BACK OF THE ENGINE, hot air and all that...............

Re: Induction Kit
The reason people fit the pannel filters is because the induction kits lose bhp, sound well like, a few people with r26's tested standard, induction and replacement pannel filters, and the replacement pannel filters were the best. I think some company was in the process of making a forced induction kit for the meg 2.0t doubt one will made for the 1.5dci tho.
Simple enough to do yourself tho if you dont mind taking your bumper off or to bits, and put an intake in your bumper and a pipe going up to the induction kit. you could try and make some sort of heat sheild around the kit aswell to keep the temperature down. But as i say ITG pannel filter £45 for K-tec, simple and best results, apparently. i Have one on mine anyway and i have no complaints.
