Hi all iam new and want help to sole a big issue in my mind, i have a black 1.9dci 3dr megane an i thinking of painting the wheels black so does any one know some one who has done this before an does it look good, your opinions most welcom cheers.

I saw your posting and thought I could help out, I bought my megane in june and the previous owner had customised the car because he ran a vechile graphic company and used his megane as a promotional tool,

when I bought it the graphics had been removed, over all the car had been customised in the following ways:

* 17 inch nervasport wheels were standard but he had the wheels sprayed black to match the body leaving the renault badge silver
(looks effective and if imhonest gets my car noticed)
* colour matched the bumpers from grey to black
* to help show off the graphics all the back windows have been blacked out and the front have had a tint applied

if you want a closer look at the wheels i'll take a picture for you

in my opinion do it, especially on the nervaports alloys looks good
