i am thinking about buying an alluminium dash kit from this company, i have a 53 reg megane, is the interior exactually the same as 05 upwards models https://www.edashkit.com/store/c/1205-Re ... -Kits.html also do you think i will pay import taxes,for buying from the US

you will have to pay VAT + Customs
VAT @ 17.5%
Customs @ 5%
eg.
A + 5% = B
B + 17.5% = cost to you.

but if u can get them to send it as a gift, you will avoid paying customs + VAT ( i think VAT might still be included)

about 25 minutes,you place each piece on the air vent and put heating on,just to soften the material,then peel 3M backing off,and put on you can stretch a little if needed.you get some alcohol to clean the surface,and some adhesive booster. looks nice especially the airvent part
