lpg conversion
Hello, i have a megane 1.6 vvt with 150.000 kms on it. I am thinking of converting it to lpg. Will the valve seating be affected by it? Will i compromise the car's reliability with the conversion? Thank you.

Re: lpg conversion
I'd like to know that too. My Meggy is automatic and I was told it can't run LPG. Seems daft but is it true?
Re: lpg conversion
Hi, only the renault 1.2 engine requires a valve saver kit to keep the valve guides lubricated. The 1.6 should be ok. Engine reliability is unaffected with an lpg conversion.
