Discs are bigger (312mm vs 280mm) so calipers (also bigger) also required and then maybe the std alloys won't fit? So, no not a straight swap unfortunately.

Clio 1.5 dCi 88 Dynamique Tom Tom in Oyster Grey + Twingo GT in Pearl Black on a '58'.

stud pattern would also be different, 225 is 5 stud, dci i suspect is 4 stud, my 1.5 dci is at least so cant confirm the 1.9 or petrol models if anyone else is wondering

The RS-models are the only versions with 5 stud. Rest of the Meg's are 4 stud.
Sad but true. Would love to swap for RS-wheels on my Megane..

Re: 225 discs on a megane 2 1.9
you can buy adapter spacers which would change the stud pattern from 4 to 5 stud, but because the rs wheels are already made for the megane, adding spacers would make them extend past the wheel arch making the car an mot failure through too much tread showing
the only other option if you did add spacers would be to buy some thinner wheels to match the 5 stud spacers, but even here you could look into 4 stud wheels of the same design saving you the hassle of getting spacers in the 1st place
its all down to personal choice
