the boot is small to start with !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (hope thats enough exclamation marks) you should be able to use the spare wheel cavity to store a decent size sub in there with an amp or two.

I have got a hiden floor in mine with two amps and then a 15" sub box on top - still got enough space for all of my emergency work gear !!
