Parrot CK3300 Installation

Postby kenny1001 » Wed Feb 06, 2008 5:11 pm

I am going to put my Parrot CK3300 car kit into my megane having removed it from my old car, having looked at the renault site they fit it just infront of the drinks holders by the back plate, this appears to be the best place to fit it.

Has anybody else put one in and if so how is it held in place or does the cradle simply jam in under the panel and hold, got a feeling it is going to be a tricky job getting all the cabling in along with the microphone.

Where is the best place to hide the control box?

not sure what is provided with the kit (as i didnt buy 1) but velcro could be a possibility

i fixed my ck3200 to the oddments tray under the radio , fixed the bracket for the display through the tray and drilled a hole in the back of tray for the wires to go through , if you get the radio out and the oddments tray thers a big void behind the glovebox where the control unit can be put :-)
