Unless you get the Pioneer speakers you'd be a bit stuffed to fit them.

You can get other speakers to fit.. but you'll need to cut up your dash to fit the tweeters and you might end up having water leaking into your door pockets if you fit larger 5.25" door speakers.

nice, is the back panel easy to get off? i had a look at the front speakers and tweeters, there easy to get to, but im a bit scared about messin' about with the back one's cause im not sure how easy they are to access. fancy getting a 15" alpine sub in the boot, i love the ol' bass, being a bassist i would tho! :D

be careful with the type of speaker that you get for the fronts...as stated above!!

otherwise you will need to get a beracket made to fit behind the speaker mount to bring the magnet away from the windown inside........but if your bracket is too thick, then your covers will not go back on properly

ive fitted 6" mids in the rear on wodden baffels!! it wan;t a problem for the installer!!

the tweeters are large then 1" but if you have bought new tweeters then they will come with a bracket, sourround or somthing that you can get to fit in the place.

I will take some pictures of my speakers and show you what i mean!!

and why do you want alpine speaker??

well once i pay the money i owe for my accident, im not really stuck for cash. im just after good quality speakers that wont cracle n wot not when the high bass goes through, that can be fitted easy without leaky pockets or any of that mess! so money isn't really an issue! also, after sumthin' that will be suited to a gd 15" subwoofer, any ideas are welcome!

well ive got the MTX 9500 44 15" sub
strapped it to a 2.5KW amp and the bass is astromimical!!!

just got the hertz recently and they are just running in and they are keeping up with the sub.....clear clean and crisp sound!!!

there is no point spending....say £20 on sum speakers then later buying a better set for more cos the 1st ones are not good enough to keep up with your sub.

in my experience, you can change everything, but what kind of music will your front play....all sorts right, where as your sub wuill play bass!!

so you need to get a propa set of components.

there is a guy i know who is selling the MTX TCI 5.25" for liek £175ish if you want i will give you his email address

i think im gonna gor for alpine or pioneer stuff, audison hertz stuff ,is top end equipment and as much as money isnt really an issue, i dont think i can justify spending so much. so if any1 cud suggest gear in that kinda good pioneer price bracket that would be sweet. im talkin front mids, tweeters, sub and amp
