Chinese DD unit resets itself ?

Hi.
I'm sure this has been covered before but cannot find much on it .
I have a double din Chinese DVD,SAT NAV BLUETOOTH unit which is fitted to a Megan CC ive just bought .
As per usual it switches off when the driver door is opened which is fine .
Here`s the "however" when I start the car I have to switch the unit back on again and needless to say I have to press sd and wait a while for the unit to read the sd card etc .
Am I correct in thinking the Red and Yellow wires need to be switched over to Red/Yellow and Yellow/Red to allow the unit to switch on automatically when the car is started so that it goes straight to the sd card play as it was playing when engine switched off?
