Need a radio wiring diagram, also front speaker advice

Hi guys,

Anyone know of a speaker wiring diagram so I know which wires go to which speakers? This is from the connecter side that comes from inside the car as I am changing my head unit plus disconnecting the front tweeters and rear door speakers so need to know which wires to disconnect!

On a separate note I have fitted some new door speakers (5.25 Vibe Slicks) and my head unit is 50rms per output (4 outputs), but they seem to massively lack punch compared to JBL's I had in my old car, could this be anything to do with still having the tweeters connected or should that make no difference to the power reaching those speakers?
