hi, just wounded if some one could help me iv got a 2006 megane mk ll 1.9DCI. it had a after market radio. iv bought a standard radio that comes with the car its from the same model car but 2004 reg, iv fitted it but the four numbers 0000 done show up on the display for me to enter the code, iv check the fuse which is ok, would it be the stereo that not compatible or my head display on the top of the dash that could be faulty. any help would be great thanks

If fuses are OK and you have checked that you have power to the radio, there is a chance that it is duff, I see that you got one from a 2004 model, the radio was updated in 2005/ 6 if I remember correctly, but don't know if that would cause the problem you are having
