WHAT STALK:
When buying a stalk adapter for your Megane mk2 there are 2 types depending on the age of your Megane
Right the types are
Tuner 2003 - 2005

Update 2005 -2008

IMPORTANT: Be carefull on the 55 plates this is the cross over year and often has the old car dials but the new stereo loom eg the Update.
If your not sure which your car is it want make sure the Front of the old stereo will tell you in the corner.
STEREO BUYING:
Look to see if the stereo says
Steering Wheel Adapter Read
Or a picture of a steering wheel in the advert
Tip: all modern Pioneer Stereos in the BT range support Steering Wheel Adapters.
Right the Patch lead: this is easy if you buy a pioneer stereo you buy a pioneer patch lead , they normally come with your stalk adapter.
Radio: you will need a radio adapter they are about £1.50 of eBay
Double Din Fitting: when you have your original radio removed , you will need to pull out the little tray below , you will know see a bar going across the middle which separated the radio from the compartment cut this out with a hack saw blade be carefull not to slip and scratch your dash.
Right now you need a cage:

IMPORTANT: the web page says its for a 2005 -2008 Megane , ignore this it will fit all meganes from 03 to 08 as long as its a mark 2
