04 Megane rear speakers after headunit change.

Hi, I changed the headunit in my Megane to an Alpine one, since the change my rear speakers have stopped working. I was wondering would there be any reason for this? Is it a simple fix or could it just be a problem with my wiring. I have pushed all the wires into the connectors to ensure there is no loose connections.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

hi there,

if I was you I would try putting your standard HU back in, if the speakers work after doing this, try the new unit back in, if they fail again then there's something wrong with the speaker outputs on the new headunit, if that's the case take it back to the shop and get a replacement.
