Double DIN Removal

Folks,

I installed a Double Din DVD player a year ago and have watched about 3 dvds on it, anyway I'm looking to reinstall the original renault cd player again. I know il need a new dash part but can someone tell me how to remove the DVD unit from the dash? There are a few dodgy/careless/sh*t ICE installers near me so don't wana go to them and the nearest with a half decent reputation is over an hours drive away plus there looking about £60 to remove it.

Should have come with some keys, what does it look like? Also you should be fine putting in the radio and compartment below, no real need to replace the part you had to cut thru...

Joe the unit nevr came with a cage i dont think so the company that fitted got me 1.think its that cage that is stopping it from coming out.the bit thats cut out, can you see it when original unit is back in?appreciatr the help boss.
